According to a report from IHRSA (International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association), more than 45 Million health club members made an average of 102 visits to facilities in 2009. Those members earned an average of $75,000 per year and paid an average of $42 per month for gym membership; their average age was 41 years.

I am most excited to provide links to this incredible event we are hosting at The Solon Community Center – Cycle for Survival takes place on Sunday, February 13th from 1-5 pm.
As many of you know, last year I supported my dear friend, Stacy Starkoff, and rode in NYC at Cycle for Survival, which raised over $2.2M for rare cancer research. This year, I have been instrumental in helping Stacy bring this satellite event to Cleveland.
Please support my ride. This year also marks 10 years that my mother lost her battle to Breast Cancer, so cancer research is near and dear to my heart.
