Bok Choy Salad

Combine and Sauté:
- 2 packages of Ramon Noodles (crushed)
- 1-cup almonds (sliced)
- 2 oz sesame seeds
- ½ cup butter
- Bring dressing to boil and cool:
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Chop:
3 heads of bok choy
1 bunch of scallions
Toss all of the above together right before serving.
